SZA, Snoh Aalegra, Roddy Ricch and More Perform At Roots Picnic 2020

This year’s Roots Picnic, much like other scheduled festivals, had a unique spin to it. Unlike years prior, Roots Picnic held its festival virtually. The stacked lineup included an impressive list of artists ranging from Roddy Ricch to Kirk Franklin to SZA and Snoh Aalegra.

Performance of the night was SZA stunning with an acoustic rendition of her debut album CTRL cut, “Normal Girl”. With a simplistic approach to the performance, SZA crooned smoothly as she was accompanied by just a guitarist. The performance provided a fresh, alternate spin to the song.

Michelle Obama kicked off the virtual rendition, urging viewers to vote in this year’s election. Check out SZA’s performance, along with the entire show down below.
